We have got all our 500+ people fully working remote. Our IT and HR teams have worked relentlessly to ensure smooth transition to remote working. We are using softwares and tools like Zoom, Skype, ProofHub, etc., for flawless internal communications and project management. We are regularly keeping in touch with our workforce and are ensuring that they remain safe while also keep up with their motivation towards work.
We are still thriving as a company. We have continued hiring for our needed open positions. The interviews are conducted virtually over Skype or Zoom. The selection process is also completely online. Everything is communicated over email and all the discussions needed for onboarding are done over video calls.
We have made the onboarding process for the new candidates completely remote. All newly selected candidates will join the team following a virtual onboarding process. We have till now onboarded 25 new candidates in our 500+ team company over the virtual medium.
